Following an expansion of the services offered, Charlie Bannigan needed a rebrand for his business Joy Lane Clinic. The logo design reflected the 'feel good' factor of being free of pain after treatment and also picking up on the 'Joy' in the name. The logo also appears as a 'watermark' in the background of all the printed items (stationery, leaflets, ads) as well as the website.
The client wanted a "modern, clean, corporate(ish) and recognisable" logo for his Executive Recruitment company. From a choice of three logo designs he opted for this one in which the icon has the graphic style of an iPhone App.
London City Physiotherapy wanted some postcard style flyers to put into fitness centres around the City. Rather than focusing on the injury that the potential clients may have, I used a dynamic fit image that they would aspire to when the physio has done their stuff! As well as a map and the city image on the reverse, I also included a QR code that when scanned by a smart phone will bring up their website, useful for those in the gym with only their iPhone.
Seismi is a consulting and application/software development company. The brief for the logo was a "simple and clean, largely typographical (sans serif) with potentially a small clear but straightforward icon". The icon I designed was based on a database cube which presented a clear, uncomplicated but professional impression.
These designs for Howdens are very much "It does exactly what it says on the tin". Although simple in layout they get the message across clearly and concisely and were produced to a tight deadline and budget. The A5 flyers are designed as postcard style mailshots and the voucher booklet contained 12 perforated vouchers in the style of a chequebook. All of these designs were printed by Montier Press.
As well as the marketing materials above, I also designed large format mounted posters to decorate Howdens Croydon meeting room. The images supplied were of a very good quality so they worked well even at this large size.
Having designed and developed their website, Croft then wanted to send out a leaflet promoting their gifted and experienced team. My inside spread of the DL leaflet design used an informal group shot with overlaid information that I think will end up on few pinboards!
Wellworking required a brochure for their FastAeron Service that highlighted the quality of their products and service. I designed a fresh and professional layout that instilled confidence and presented the top-end office products in a visually pleasing way. I am now also producing and managing a bi-monthly e-newsletter campaign for them.
B2 Office is a contract office furniture supply and fit-out company that I supplied with designs for their branding, stationery and website. The fresh, simple corporate design worked well alongside the top-end designs that B2 sold.

The iJoy Twist is a exercise machine that required a brochure design that was fresh, fun, informative and focused on the target audience. I also designed the iJoy Twist website using a similar styling as the brochure.
The HT7450 is a luxury top-spec massage chair. The brochure design needed to deliver the message of its quality as well as all the technical information that makes it so advanced. The layout I designed managed to convey all the features and benefits in a visually pleasing way.
This brochure included wonderful atmospheric b/w photos by Giorgia Bertazzi to bring a unified look and feel to the wide range of back2's products.
A brochure and other marketing material for a range of children's clothing for which I created illustrations that showed the different designs and for which I took the photos and learnt why you shouldn't work with children or animals!
The iJoy Ride comes from the same 'stable' as the iJoy Twist above and required a similar design approach.
I designed and produced this series of 32 page craft guides for Craft Forum Wales as well as many other craft and heritage guides for Pembrokeshire County Council.
A bi-lingual brochure for an exhibition by 23 Welsh Craftspeople taking place in Barcelona.
I have designed and produced many A4 flyers for Zero Gravity Products. The designs needed to clearly set out the features and benefits in a simple but visually pleasing way.
This logo was designed for a range of energy and water saving products. The brief was for a friendly camel character that could be used in marketing material aimed at families, especially children.
Arkstore produces high quality ergonomic cushions for the home, office and travel. I designed their logo and produced these illustrations that were then used my designs for the Arkstore packaging.
The Human Touch Board comes from the same 'stable' as the iJoy Twist above and required a similar design approach
I have undertaken many design jobs for the back care solutions retailer - Back2. Among these have been logo design, DL flyers, posters, vehicle, exhibition and shop window graphics.
